Known for its diversity of flora and fauna, as well as its environmentally sound sustainable practices, La Amistad farm produces an incredible Central American organic. The word "Amistad" means friendship, and in this special place, it amplifies the real meaning of friendship. Organic French Roast: Full-flavored estate grown coffees which have been roasted with a slight oil finish. Very aromatic, heady, and smooth.

Organic Ethiopian:
These organically certified beans are from the Addis Ababa region and are some of the first organic African coffee beans imported into North America. They have a medium high acidity, medium body, sweet-spicy and well rounded flavor.

Organic Guatemalan: Traditionally Shade grown strictly hard bean (highest altitude) organic coffee from the Lake Atitlan district. A mild coffee with floral characteristics, medium roasted. This coffee has a bright acidic flavor that is perfect for the morning wake-up. Shade-Grown!




Organic Sumatra Gayo Mountain: Undoubtedly the richest organic coffee available, this is full-bodied, low in acidity. Smooth with good aroma, this is a fine coffee for those who like to add milk or cream. Grown in the Gayo Mountain region of Northern Sumatra, medium roasted to bring out maximum taste and peak roast profile.

Organic Peruvian: An excellent high-grown shade organic coffee with good acidity and body, with a mildly sweet flavor. Roasted to a light French to produce robust texture and caramel undertones. Shade-Grown!

Organic El Salvador "Pacamara": Truly one of the finest coffees ever cultivated from the Latin American region, Organic Pacamara is a strictly high grown, medium bodied coffee with delightful brightness. A carefully crafted exporters top cup. Shade-Grown!


Organic Mexican Altura: Grown in the mountains of southern Mexico, this shade-grown coffee possesses a wonderful bouquet, strong rich body, with slightly chocolate overtones and excellent acidity. Shade-Grown!

Organic New Guinea Estate: This rare coffee grown in an ideal Indonesian climate has a mild, mellow taste, with balanced acidity. Similar to many of the best Colombian coffees. Shade-Grown!

Organic Goood Strong Coffee: Lightly roasted Indonesian beans are blended with darkly roasted Central and South American coffees for a cup with rich, mellow taste, low acidity and smokey aroma.


Organic Bolivia Caravani: Heavy bodied yet sweet, this South American organic comes from a co-operative of over 160 small farms in the high, mountainous terrain of Bolivia. One of our best! Shade-Grown!


Organic Vienna Roast: These Latin American coffees have been roasted light and dark and blended in equal proportion. Not only visually appealing, but flavorful and sweet, with a complex finish.
