El Salvador "Pacamara" |
Located in the North West region of El Salvador is a wondrous place called the “MesoAmerican Life Corridor System.” Within this lush environment exists perhaps the last refuge for many species of fauna, including over 200 species of migratory birds. From this rare paradise comes an equally rare shade-grown coffee. There are probably no more than about 100 bags (70 kilos each) of Organic Pacamara produced annually worldwide. The El Salvador Organic Pacamara is a truly rare and magnificent coffee.

Carefully hand-picked by members of the Batres Family Farm in the high altitude fields of the Apaneca-Lamatepec mountains, these certified organic Pacamara coffee beans are the finest, strictly high-grown (4,500 ft. above sea level) mountain coffee beans available. This El Salvadoran treasure is available almost exclusively at Humboldt Bay Coffee Company. We invite you to taste this extraordinary coffee, fed by generous tropical rains, nurtured by volcanic soil, and grown under the shade of one of nature’s last sanctuaries. Pacamara--full-bodied, balanced, subtly sweet.
